Our products are handmade, packaged, and shipped from our production center in Florida (USA).*

We trust UPS and DHL for reliable tracked delivery.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We ship our jewelry worldwide, except to the following countries:
Cuba | Iran | Libya | North Korea | Sierra Leone | Somalia | Sudan | Yemen | Ukraine | Guatemala | Liberia.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
All prices listed on the website will be charged in U.S. dollars at the time of purchase.

TRACKING

Tracking numbers will be updated within 2 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping times may vary depending on product availability.
Mon Petit Présent reserves the right to cancel any order due to product availability issues. In such cases, customers will be contacted.

Please note that taxes and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Although our customers usually do not have to pay customs fees, this may occur in rare cases (e.g., countries outside the EU, except Canada and the United States).

Also note that delivery timeframes are estimates — weekends and holidays are not included.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

Production: Each product is made to order and generally takes 1–2 business days to produce (maximum 3 days).

Delivery timeframes:

  • United States: 2–4 business days

  • Europe: 7–10 business days

  • Canada: 5–7 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7–21 business days

Please note that all delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Once an order leaves our warehouse, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
Unfortunately, we cannot influence delivery speed once your order has been shipped.
Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more information about your package location and expected delivery date.

Mon Petit Présent is responsible for delivering items to the shipping address provided at checkout.
We are not responsible if the item is lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by your local postal service.
